How to add it to your mail
Pick your email app and paste the copied signature into its signature settings.
Gmail
- Click the gear icon → See all settings.
- Scroll to the Signature section and create a new one.
- Paste the signature from the button above, then scroll down and click Save Changes.
Microsoft Outlook
- Open a new message, then Signature → Signatures… (Windows).
- On the web, go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Create a new signature and paste the copied signature into the editor.
Apple Mail
- Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Select your account, create a new signature and paste the copied text.
- Turn off Always match my default message font for best results.
Zoho Mail
- Click the gear icon in Zoho Mail and open Settings → Mail Settings → Signature.
- Paste the signature into the editor and click Save.
