No guaranteed results

We describe practices that tend to improve inbox placement, open rates and replies. We cannot and do not promise any specific outcome. Deliverability depends on factors outside anyone's control, including receiver policies, sending reputation, list quality and recipient behaviour.

Tool accuracy

Tools that query DNS — such as the SPF, DKIM and DMARC checker — rely on public resolvers and cached records. Results may lag behind recent changes at your registrar, and DKIM detection can only find keys published under common selectors. Treat results as a strong hint, not a final verdict.
