Free email tools and honest guides, built for people who actually send email.
Email is still how work gets done, yet most of the tools around it are either expensive, locked behind sign-ups, or wrapped in hype. Mailster started with a simple idea: the things you need for better email should be free and instant.
Every tool on this site runs in your browser, needs no account and stores nothing about you. Every guide is written from real experience — tested against actual inboxes, not recycled from someone else's "10 tips" list.

Who writes this
Mailster is an independent project run by a small team of people who build and send email for a living — newsletters, cold outreach, transactional mail, and the deliverability work that keeps all of it out of the spam folder. Nothing here is written by an agency content farm.
Every explainer is based on something we had to work out ourselves: which DNS records a sender actually needs, why a subject line got clipped on a phone, what a registrar's DNS panel really expects. When we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct the page.
How the site is funded
Mailster is free and stays free. Hosting and development are paid for by advertising on a few pages. That is the whole business model — there is no premium tier, no mailing list to join, and no plan to sell your data. Our privacy policy and cookie policy spell out exactly what that involves.
Who we are not
Mailster is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Zoho, Apple or any other email provider mentioned on this site. Product names are used only to describe what a tool or guide applies to.
